Since 1990s, most universities in western developed countries have successfully completed the construction of digital campus. At present, China's information digitalization has entered a new period of development, especially the informatization construction of colleges and universities has entered a stage of all-round development. Many colleges and universities fully realize that information construction has become an important means for colleges and universities to improve their management level and enhance their comprehensive competitiveness. In colleges and universities, various information management systems emerge one after another. Web database technology has become the most widely used basic technology of website architecture. In the application system, Web provides an effective means to communicate with customers. The construction of student management information system in Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Hydropower has also become an important topic in our school.

Student achievement management system is a typical information management system (m is), and its development mainly includes the establishment and maintenance of background database and the development of front-end application programs. The former requires the establishment of a database with strong data consistency and integrity and high security; For the latter, the application is required to be fully functional, easy to use and easy to maintain. This paper focuses on the overall development process of the student status management system. This paper introduces the development environment and tools of the system, gives a comprehensive description of the design idea and process, describes the idea of database creation and the specific relationship between various data tables in detail, and analyzes the realization process and detailed design process of each function of the system in detail, so as to show the design idea and the planning and concrete implementation of the whole program design more clearly while drawing a simple system function module diagram. On the basis of extensive demand investigation and feasibility analysis, the author specially designed a student management system based on /S structure. The system can well meet the requirements of school teaching and management. Finally, the paper summarizes the shortcomings of the system and gives the direction of future efforts.
