Conquer the world's first high-speed railway/

In July 2008, Zuo Jun graduated from the School of Civil Engineering of Hunan University. With a sincere heart and a dream of railway construction, he came to China Construction System. At that time, the railway business of the enterprise had just started, and he was proud to participate in it, contribute his youth and grow with the enterprise.

Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway is the first railway built in Zuo Jun and the first high-speed railway in the world built by China. In order to overcome a series of problems such as frost heaving, settlement and uneven settlement of subgrade in cold area, Zuo Jun and his team members consulted a large number of materials, studied, analyzed, compared and selected different fillers in many aspects, and constantly conducted indoor and outdoor tests. Finally, these problems were overcome and nearly 500,000 square meters of subgrade filling was successfully completed.

Relying on this work, Zuo Jun participated in the research of "Comprehensive Subgrade Technology of High-speed Railway Passenger Dedicated Line in Cold Area" and won the second prize of Science and Technology of China Construction Group. The paper "Characteristics Analysis and Application of High-speed Railway Subgrade Filler" won the third prize of China Construction Group; 201212121,Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway was opened. After nearly 6 years of testing, no problems such as excessive settlement, uneven settlement and frost heaving of subgrade have been found.

Zuo Jun and his team finally conquered this "hard bone" after nearly four years of almost zero experience in the construction of high-speed rail in the cold. The project won the first place in the comprehensive ranking organized by the owner for many times, and won the National Worker Pioneer and Locomotive Medal successively, and set a national record of erecting 7 box girders in one day, the fastest record in Asia of erecting 100 box girders in January, and completing the construction from the substructure to the continuous beam in three months.

Participate in Chongqing's high-speed rail construction and make many achievements/

20 10 August, Zuo Jun participated in the Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed railway bidding and won the bid, and then transferred to the project.

? Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed railway is the first high-speed railway in southwest China, and the second high-speed railway in China with CRTSⅰ Ⅰ double-block ballastless track. It uses cast-in-place track bed instead of precast track slab, and its construction technology is immature. Moreover, the ballastless track requires very high six parameters, such as gauge, track inclination, sleeper spacing, track direction, rail top elevation and distortion.

Facing the blank of technology and experience, Zuo Jun can only teach himself. The traditional tool track method can only complete about 30 meters per working face every day, and the improved track row support method can only complete about 60 meters, and neither of these two methods can meet the requirements of the track laying period of Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed railway.

After the training of two experts introduced by the owner, Zuo Jun carefully analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods. Modular thinking and control variable thinking constantly emerge in Zuo Jun's mind. Finally, by absorbing and improving the tool path method and the path row support method, a new method-the path row support method is formed. This method can completely control the three parameters of track gauge, track inclination and sleeper spacing, and only adjust the three parameters of track direction, elevation and distortion, which improves the efficiency by two or three.

Relying on this research, the team obtained 3 national practical patents and 2 provincial and ministerial construction methods, completed the provincial and ministerial scientific research project "Research and application of key construction technologies of CRTSⅰ Ⅰ double-block ballastless track" and published 6 papers. Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed railway 20 15 12.26 was opened. After three years of operation, it is proved that the ballastless track they built can stand the test of time.

As a chief engineer, he built a sand-crossing expressway/

2065438+2005.3, Zuo Jun served as the chief engineer of Jilantai Project of Beijing-Xinjiang Expressway. Jingxin Expressway is the longest expressway across the desert in the world. The project is located in a desert area with extremely harsh natural environment. There are sandstorms several times a month from May to September every year, and there are sandstorms every week. Because it is far away from the surrounding flag towns, local resources are extremely scarce, and the construction management of the 47-kilometer-long construction pipeline section is extremely difficult.

Because it was the first time to build an expressway, and the technical force of the team was weak, Zuo Jun organized everyone to study the specifications and study the drawings. Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday night, production technicians are trained, from the filling of construction logs and acceptance records, the establishment of account to the construction technology, from the calculation of engineering quantity, the arrangement of construction scheme to the preparation of construction organization design. Everyone is required to pass the examination, and the training often passes 12 points as soon as it is done. This consistent state of "5+2" and "white+black" lasted until August of 16, when Zuo Jun said an unforgettable sentence to all production technicians, "I have taught everything I can without reservation, and the rest is up to you to learn and understand. I believe you. "

In this project, Zuo Jun participated in and witnessed every first project. 1 Pile foundation construction will last until 3am, 1 Pile cap construction will last until 2am, the first culvert foundation will last for 7 hours, and the first highway box girder construction will last until 4am. What impressed Zuo Jun most was the pile foundation construction near the existing railway crossing the sand layer, rich groundwater and corrosive environment.

Pile foundation construction in such a complex environment will face a very high risk of existing railway collapse, landslide and pile hole collapse. Zuo Jun, together with the project management personnel, consulted a large number of construction cases and combined with his own experience, finally adopted the method of long casing follow-up and vibrating hammer construction to cross the sand layer, and used the reverse circulation drilling rig to make holes. When the first pile was successfully completed, the joy was beyond words. In the end, all the pile foundations in this complex environment were successfully completed as scheduled.

From August, 2065438 to August, 2008, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the Zhunshuo project at the end of the year, Zuo Jun went deep into the Zhunshuo project site with the main leaders of the company, and quickly sorted out the technical problems on site together with the on-site technicians. He stayed at the construction site every day and worked overtime in the office at night, and solved a series of technical problems, such as replacing the rib plate of the culvert extension cover plate, optimizing the whole spoil ground, excavating the culvert deep foundation pit, improving the soil and replacing the B group filler, which was called "September 20".
