Sustainable development can not only meet the needs of contemporary people, but also not harm the ability of future generations to meet their needs. Their significance lies in the premise of sustainable development. Sustainable development involves many aspects or fields, but what is most closely related to our lives is its impact on nature and environment. In our current living environment, there are environmental pollution phenomena everywhere, such as white pollution, water pollution, air pollution and so on. Take white pollution as an example, plastics are not easy to degrade, which affects the beauty of the environment and contains potentially harmful ingredients. White pollution will cause visual pollution and potential harm. No matter what method is used to treat waste plastics, harmful substances will be left behind, which will have adverse effects on the environment and human health.
As for white pollution, the government has put forward a plastic limit order to restrict the use of plastic bags, which is undoubtedly to reduce some harm caused by white pollution and cannot be accepted by everyone. My solution: supermarkets or shopping malls can carry paper bags and plastic bags at the entrance, and people can use a certain number of plastic bags in exchange for a reusable paper bag that will not cause harm to the environment. Plastic bags are still sold in shops, and the production cost of paper bags provides funds for the sale of plastic bags. This forms a virtuous circle, which allows people who use less plastic bags to recycle, and also allows people who use less paper bags to replace plastic bags.
We should create a healthy planet for the next generation.
