Social personality quality is the core component of individual quality, which is gradually formed and developed in the process of socialization. Preschool period is the initial stage and key period of individual socialization, which lays the foundation of behavior, character and personality. Social development is an important part of children's physical and mental development, which constitutes three aspects of children's development together with physical development and cognitive development. From the perspective of modern educational concept, the education of "learning to be a man" is far more important than the education of knowledge and wisdom. Paying attention to the theme of social education has become a major symbol of the transformation of modern educational concepts. The quality of children's social development is directly related to the direction and level of their future personality development.

1 Performance of children's social behavior

Social behavior refers to people's attitude, speech and behavior response to others or an event in communication activities. It comes into being in communication and points to each other in communication. According to different motives and purposes, social behavior can be divided into prosocial behavior and antisocial behavior. Through observation, it is found that children's prosocial behaviors are as follows: 1 year-old children will make positive soothing actions when they see others in difficulty or sadness; At the age of 2, children can obviously show sympathy and help others; After 2 years old, with the growth of age, children can gradually identify other people's emotions, judge their own situation, and make corresponding soothing and helping behaviors according to some subtle changes that are not obvious. However, these behaviors do not necessarily increase with the growth of children's age, so the development of prosocial behaviors needs the participation of education, and children can't leave education and spontaneously grow into members of society who meet social requirements and have noble morality.

The development and manifestations of antisocial behavior, that is, aggression, are as follows: 1 year-old children begin to have instrumental aggression; There are obvious conflicts between children around 2 years old, such as hitting, pushing and biting; Aggressive attacks gradually increased before the age of 4, reached the maximum at the age of 4, and then the number gradually decreased. From the specific performance, children often push, pull and kick. With the development of speech, children began to attack speech at the age of 4. Judging from the nature of the attack, it is mainly instrumental behavior, but hostile attacks have gradually appeared.

" Family is the main influencing factor of children's prosocial behavior, which is mainly manifested in two aspects. First, the role of role models, parents' own prosocial behavior has become the object of children's imitation learning; Secondly, the way of education is the key factor. A democratic family is conducive to cultivating children's prosocial behavior, while family atmosphere and parenting style have an extremely important influence on children's aggressive behavior. Research shows that children will have more aggressive behavior if there are frequent conflicts between parents and family members. The weaker the cohesion of the family, the worse the expressive power, and the more aggressive the children are.

2 social living environment: society is a big dye vat, especially TV media has a direct impact on children. Examples in mass media will increase children's prosocial behavior in the future. On the contrary, aggressive role models in the media will increase children's aggressive behavior in the future. Children will observe and learn all kinds of specific aggression from these TV and movie violence programs. The experience of TV movie characters will make many children regard force as an effective means to solve interpersonal conflicts. In fact, they rely on aggressive behavior to solve conflicts with others in real life.

3 Children's social education measures

Children's social education is based on the interaction between adults and children, which is based on adults' understanding of children. Children's social education has left the foundation of children's familiar social life and natural development. No matter how well the social education curriculum is designed, it will lose its value and significance.

1 The educational principle of "from the inside out". It contains two meanings. First, social education should start from the "naturalness" of children, which includes the most basic physiological and psychological needs of people and the most primitive nature of human existence; Second, social education should also "transcend nature" and let children develop harmoniously and comprehensively in intelligence, morality and aesthetics, which is the only way for children to build social life.

2. Cultivate children's social skills. Conduct social behavior skills training, focusing on shaping the target behavior, and directly train various specific communication skills. For example, train individual children's language communication skills, train children to convey their own needs to others in appropriate language, correctly understand the needs and ideas of others, and improve their communication skills; Strengthen the training of children's self-control ability and guide children to master some emotional adjustment strategies; Carry out "interpersonal understanding problem solving" training to improve interpersonal understanding problem solving skills. Teachers and parents should consciously cultivate their social communication ability and provide them with opportunities for communication.
