In order to solve the problems that the temperature of ordinary photoelectric sensor has a great influence on the measurement results of the system, and the application of ordinary photoelectric sensor is not practical, an electrostatic diaphragm voltage sensor is introduced, and its mathematical model is established, and its stability and accuracy in operation are analyzed. Theoretically, the electrostatic diaphragm voltage sensor requires the polarization voltage to be higher than the measured voltage, which is not satisfactory in engineering application. Therefore, in order to overcome this difficulty, we propose a new method to reduce the polarization voltage: using notch filter to eliminate the error caused by secondary components. In fact, the experimental results show that the electrostatic diaphragm voltage sensor can measure the voltage quickly and accurately when the polarization voltage is much lower than the measured voltage.
