Abstract: The legal system of liability for breach of contract is an important system in the contract law, and it is the main part of the research. It is of great legal significance to analyze the understanding and application of the liability for breach of contract system to the contract law. This paper intends to make a rough analysis of the principles and basic requirements of liability exemption in combination with the relevant provisions on the system, nature and form of liability for breach of contract in China's current Contract Law.
