In the past, my leader was very strict with us. If we don't finish our work every day, we will return to the company for a meeting at eleven or twelve o'clock in the evening. At that time, I didn't understand why. Although I was somewhat dissatisfied, as a middle-level manager, I still had to endure my emotions and take the team to complete it.
Later, I found that those colleagues who couldn't persist didn't seem to have a good life wherever they went. At that time, the new team had to accept more than ten business assessments every day, and it was really difficult to get a meager salary. The purpose of leadership is to make everyone in my team pass the examination, and I hope everyone can get a high salary.
There is a saying: the difficulties pointed out by thousands of people are all aimed at eliminating the weak.
Isn't work a battlefield? Retreat, face the test of life and take a step forward, and life may be more comfortable. At the end of each month, some people get paid, some with three or five thousand, some with seven or eight thousand, and some with one or twenty thousand. Of course, joy is directly proportional to the pain behind envy.
On the day of payday every month, some people are sad and happy. Colleagues who usually want to relax, of course, are easy to get paid, and it is easy to look at it. And those colleagues who are relaxed, hard-working and busy have difficulty in getting paid and need to check again and again.
Strictness is love, and looseness is harm.
Since I came out on my own and started to lead the team to start a business, I also deeply understand this. Relaxing the team in peacetime is irresponsible for their income. Usually they are hard on them, but when they get fruitful results, they will understand the seeds that are not too hard on the results.
Later, I also used to integrate this rule into my life, that is, strictness is love and looseness is harm.
For example, if you treat yourself, you must not relax, you must always be vigilant and stay awake at any time, so that you will not be easily confused by reality.
For children, we must not tolerate slackness, otherwise it will bring a lot of unnecessary trouble. For example, if you can't give him food, you must not eat it. You can't walk barefoot on the ground, you must wear shoes to move.
Parents who take care of their children know that it is unprincipled to let their children eat indiscriminately, and the consequences will be very troublesome and may bring irreparable consequences to themselves.
Stealing needles as a child, stealing gold as a child. This is the personal behavior preparation that our parents often teach us in our hometown, and we can't indulge it.
It is the father's fault that his son doesn't teach. What is a teacher? A strict missionary. Teachers, parents and leaders of a team should all teach.
Don't do to others what you don't want them to do to you, so when teaching, you should first set an example. If we can't be self-disciplined, can't stand the pain of life and can't accept the suffering of fate, how can we impose our words and deeds on others?
Self-discipline, starting from yourself. No one can teach anyone self-discipline unless he suffers and accepts the fact.
