Based on the training concept of "creating conditions, carefully guiding and encouraging innovation", the quality of postgraduate training has been among the best in the School of Mechanical Engineering for many years, and more than 20 graduate students have graduated since 1998. Among them, there are 2 outstanding master's theses in Jiangsu Province and 4 outstanding master's theses in Jiangsu University. For example, Zhang Xingquan, a graduate student in 2002, graduated from Ph.D. in 2007, published 29 papers, including 13 in SCI/EI, and applied for 5 invention patents (2 of which were authorized). In the past two years, graduate students have won the first and second prizes of Jiangsu University Starlight Cup Science and Technology Innovation Works Competition for four times, and three scientific and technological projects for college students in Jiangsu University.
