What should I do if the papers on the Internet are reproduced without consent?
According to the Regulations, if you, as the author of an academic paper, that is, the right holder, think that the website infringes on your right to disseminate information on the Internet, you can submit a written notice to the website asking it to delete the work or disconnect the link with it. The written notice shall include:

(1) Your name, contact information and address;

(2) The name and network address of the infringing work that requires deletion or disconnection;

(3) Preliminary proof of infringement.
