(1) My childhood experience is the wealth of my life.
Growing up in the countryside as a child, I was deeply impressed by the simple rural life. My father has been a village party secretary for 30 years, and my mother is a rural teacher who entered the factory at the age of 18 and has been teaching for nearly 30 years. At that time, the social background and the party's education shaped the two old people into good cadres who were selfless and dedicated to the people. At that time, my father was a model worker known to all villages in Shili, and my mother was a municipal model worker, a representative of the provincial people's congress, and a national beekeeper. In the eyes of ordinary people, it is incredible that a woman with a disabled leg like her mother can achieve such an achievement, which is precisely because of her firm personality. In the eyes of parents, nothing is more important than the cause of the party. It seems natural to give up one's family and care about everyone. Influenced by such family education and family environment, I have to learn to be a master since I was a child. When I was seven or eight years old, I started washing clothes, cooking and chopping wood with pigs.
My childhood was very unhappy. Compared with ordinary children, I am more like an adult. About 10 years old, my father gave me a small shoulder pole tailored for me and two buckets smaller than normal, so as to carry water conveniently. My father gave me a shoulder pole, and at the same time gave me family responsibilities. This responsibility filled my childhood with pressure and pain, but it also cultivated my perseverance and the pursuit of independence and perfection. My loyal and responsible attitude towards life inherited from my parents still affects me today. Childhood experience is a great wealth of my life, which has laid my outlook on life, world outlook, values and bitter optimism.
(2) I have eaten a lot of bitter roads to study.
When I was a child, my parents were very strict with me and my academic performance was always good. I am often the first in my class. Once, I won the first place in the joint examination of four schools in the village school district. Everyone in the village said that I was a clever boy and decided that I had a bright future.
When I was in junior high school, the school was far from home, so I had no choice but to live on campus, which brought a great economic burden to my family. In order to save money and eat enough, when I go to school on Monday, my mother always takes out some tortillas for me to take to school. I plan to eat less every day. Sometimes, due to the high temperature in summer and high humidity in the dormitory, tortillas have grown green hair before they are finished on weekends. Even so, when you are extremely hungry, you have to dry in the sun, and the dried green hair should be taken out and eaten as usual. Most of my classmates were like this at that time. Some of them can't even eat company commander Mao's cake, so I'll give them some. My generosity and kindness often make me the center of my classmates.
In the second year of junior high school, two major operations completely destroyed my father. Since then, he has ended his 30-year career as a village party secretary and lost his ability to work. Our family suddenly went into debt. My aunt Liu, who lived in the county town at that time, helped me live there to continue my studies. But my sixth aunt's family is not rich, which makes our whole family feel very uneasy and is an invisible pressure and test for me. I can only study hard and dare not slack off. When I graduated from junior high school, I was admitted to the key class of our county key middle school, and finally I rewarded Aunt Liu and my parents with such achievements. But my high school life was my most failed life experience. The poverty at home makes our family overwhelmed, and the hardship of life makes me unable to lift my head in front of my classmates. The academic performance is gradually declining, and there is always an idea in the subconscious, that is, I can't afford to go to college! Now think about it, it is this inferiority complex that has affected my life! However, although his academic performance is not ideal, he was elected as the monitor by his classmates because of his strong organizational ability and appeal, good writing, good speech and writing, and certain music and sports expertise. Later, I served as Minister of Culture and Entertainment, Minister of Sports, President of Student Union, and also served as a campus radio. During my tenure as monitor and student union cadre, I have done a lot of work for the class and the school and won many honors. That experience seems to make me, a humble rural child, find dignity and self-confidence from another angle, but it also ruined my dream of continuing my studies in colleges and universities. All kinds of student cadres' work made my already declining academic performance slip further and further, and finally I was admitted to the Music School of a normal school. Of course, choosing this school is also my mother's wish, because the normal school at that time could give students a certain amount of living expenses every month.
A completely normal life
After entering the normal school, my father's health has recovered to a certain extent, the economic conditions at home have improved, and my family and I are in a much better mood. In order to make up for the lost good times in high school, I devoted myself to music study. Every holiday, my classmates go shopping, play football and fall in love, while I practice in the piano room. In winter, the piano room is very cold, but my heart is always hot and I am eager to learn. A year later, my professional ability has been registered in the whole school, and my teachers and classmates unanimously asked me to be a literary and art committee member, which brought me into contact with more and better teachers and business backbones in the whole school and learned more from them. During my two years in normal school, I won the first place in four final exams. This life experience made me realize the happiness and sense of achievement in learning. Until today, I have always adhered to this spirit of hard work.
Strict family education and the hardships I have experienced in life have shaped my hard-working, persistent, sincere, open-minded and confident personality. These good qualities enable me to always face the challenges of life with an optimistic attitude towards life.
(d) Towards maturity
Worked in August, 1992. Since then, Mr. Wei Shusheng has been my model in education, and his educational concept of "democracy and science" has had a far-reaching impact on me.
When I first joined the job, the school leaders arranged for me to be both an English teacher and a class teacher. This is really a strong challenge for me, because the wrong major forced me to start over. However, challenges also bring me opportunities. With my unimaginable efforts, my foreign language teaching results are among the best in my school district. I took over a random class of the same grade in the whole town from other teachers, and jumped to the first place in one school year, creating a historic miracle of our school. From then on, I gradually became the backbone of the school's business, and my life fate was completely changed. It should be said that at that time, I began to enter a peak of my career. In the past ten years, education and teaching have achieved fruitful results, and have been awarded honorary titles such as county-level excellent class teacher, educational rookie, young post expert, leader of learning from Lei Feng, leader of new style of youth civilization, provincial and municipal backbone teachers, municipal discipline leader, municipal scientific research advanced individual and advanced tutor. On behalf of the school or the city, I went to the province for classes or participated in basic skills competitions many times. ...
