Shengli Oilfield, the second largest oil field in China, is trying to find more oil, produce more oil and make greater contributions to the national economic construction. Shengli Oilfield actively relies on scientific and technological progress and technological transformation to promote energy-saving work, so as to grasp the sesame seeds without forgetting the details and grasp the key links, and comprehensively improve the energy-saving level. The energy consumption of the "five systems" of water injection, gathering and transportation, mechanical production, boiler and heating furnace accounts for more than 70% of the total energy consumption of Shengli Oilfield, and the energy consumption expenses account for 29.8% of the variable cost of the oilfield, which is a veritable "big head" of energy consumption. In this regard, Shengli Oilfield has determined the principle of "one high, two heavy and three concentrated". Aiming at the key problems of low system efficiency and high unit consumption index of main physical objects, it takes 5 years to invest 7170,000 yuan in energy-saving technology research and system technical transformation to reduce energy consumption. In 2005 alone, Shengli Oilfield spent1.1.70 billion yuan from the cost according to the cost standard of energy-saving technical transformation for consuming one ton of standard coal in 20 yuan, and popularized and applied more than 200 "four new" projects, with an annual benefit of 60 million yuan. Compared with 2000, the total economic output of the oilfield increased by 60.8%, the total energy consumption of the oilfield decreased by 265,438+ten thousand tons, and the comprehensive energy consumption of ten thousand yuan output value decreased from 66,5438+ten thousand tons of standard coal/ten thousand yuan to 5.60 tons of standard coal/ten thousand yuan. During the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, Shengli Oilfield saved 42150,000 kWh of electricity, 0/250,000 tons of fuel and 63 million cubic meters of solar terms. In order to solve the "bottleneck" problem that restricts energy conservation, Shengli Oilfield has actively cooperated with scientific research institutes and universities to tackle key problems, and carried out pilot tests on topics such as waste heat utilization of sewage, wind energy utilization, high-efficiency heat exchanger and intelligent measurement of high-pressure water injection in mining areas. Some of these projects have played an important role in energy conservation, and many research achievements such as IRP pilot demonstration and DSM have made major breakthroughs and won awards from Sinopec.

Shengli Oilfield regards the comprehensive utilization of energy resources as the key link to save energy and tap the potential, and does everything possible to improve the comprehensive utilization level of energy resources. After several years of efforts, the storage rate of oil and gas gathering and transportation, crude oil reinjection rate and sewage treatment rate in the whole oilfield reached 86.59% and 85.92% respectively, and the evaporation loss of oil and gas decreased from 0.7% to 0.58%. The utilization capacity of fly ash has increased from 6.5438+500,000 tons per year at the end of the Ninth Five-Year Plan to 480,000 tons at present, and the utilization rate has reached over 65%. The working area of Shengli Oilfield is 6.5438+0.7 million square kilometers, and the expansion of exploration area needs to occupy land resources every year. More than 7,000 water injection wells have an annual water injection volume of 268 million cubic meters. In order to save water and soil resources, technicians in Shengli Oilfield optimize exploration and development plans, scientifically deploy well locations, improve water injection efficiency, and strive to drill more wells with the least land and obtain higher crude oil output with the least water. Statistics in recent years show that Shengli Oilfield has maintained stable and high yield year after year, and the utilization level of water resources and land resources has been greatly improved. By 2005, the annual water intake of Shengli Oilfield will be reduced from 800 million cubic meters in197 to 230 million cubic meters, and the water consumption of purified water will be reduced from197 to181000 million cubic meters, saving permanent land1.
