The active components of more than 40 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines, such as Cistanche deserticola, Radix Polygalae, Radix Clematidis, hyacinthus orientalis, Radix Astragali and Carthami Flos, and the compound Buyanghuanwu Decoction were systematically studied. More than 600 compounds of/kloc-0 were isolated and identified, including more than 400 new compounds. It was found that some phenylethanoid glycosides contained in cistanche deserticola have obvious effects of inhibiting the apoptosis of nerve cells and promoting the growth of nerve cells, and its mechanism was clarified, which has been developed as a second-class new drug for treating Alzheimer's disease. Polygala saponin can obviously inhibit the secretion of Aβ in gene transfected nerve cells, and clarify its mechanism. Flavonoids contained in Guangxi Sanguis Draxonis have obvious inhibitory effects on platelet aggregation and thrombosis, and some flavans have obvious antifungal effects. The quality standards of more than 20 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines such as rhubarb, astragalus root and safflower and 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections such as astragalus root injection were systematically studied, including fingerprint detection standards, and effective quality control methods were established. There are more than one class of new drugs 1, five classes of new drugs 10, and many new drugs are under research. The research results won the first prize and the third prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award 1, the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education and the first prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award 1, the first prize of the state administration of traditional chinese medicine Science and Technology Progress Award, the Li Shizhen Medical Innovation Award of the Chinese Medicine Association 1, the third prize of the Hubei Science and Technology Progress Award 1, and the special prize of Hotan area in Xinjiang. In 20001,he won the third prize of China Medical Development Award-Di 'ao Medical Science and Technology Award (Chinese Medicine Award), and won the Mao Yisheng Science and Technology Education Award-Beijing Youth Science and Technology Award in 2002. He has published more than 300 scientific research papers, including more than articles 100 applied for and authorized by SCI, 9 works and more than 30 patents.
