Xing Bin, male,1born in March 1962, was born in Tongzhou District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. 1983 graduated from the chemistry department of Yangzhou university teachers college in July with a bachelor of science degree. Party member, a senior middle school teacher. He is currently the deputy director and member of the Party Committee of Tongzhou District Education Bureau in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, the principal and secretary of the Party Committee of Xiting High School in Jiangsu Province, the director of the Chinese Chemical Society, the deputy director of the Chemical Professional Committee of Nantong Education Society, and the representative of Nantong Municipal People's Congress.

Comrade Xing Bin has been the vice principal of Xiting Senior High School since 1995 and the principal since 1999.
