1 development status of oil and gas fields
China developed from an oil-poor country to an annual output of 654.38+200,000 tons in the early 1950s. Under the leadership of China Producer Party, the crude oil output has been increasing. Up to now, the annual output is equivalent to 200 million tons of oil, which has made great contributions to China's national economic development. However, despite the rapid development of petroleum industry, it still cannot meet the requirements of national economic development. At present, imported crude oil accounts for one third. In the current situation of rising world oil prices, China's dependence on international oil is still increasing (up to 30% ~ 40%). Therefore, it is imperative to develop new oil and gas development technologies.
Since the beginning of the 20th century, the petroleum industry has experienced three major revolutions:
(1) The first revolution: 1920s-1930s (internal combustion engine era). The main theories and technologies are: seismic reflection wave method, the concept of maximum effective production, internal combustion engine-driven drilling rig, roller bit technology and so on. The application of these theories and technologies has increased the global output from 1 billion to 200 million tons, and the output has doubled.
(2) The second revolution: 1960s-1970s (computer age). The main theories and technologies are: plate tectonics, oil generation theory, water injection, jet drilling, offshore oil technology, etc. Global output increased from 654.38 billion to 2 billion tons, doubling again.
(3) The Third Revolution: At present (great development of information technology). The main theories and technologies are: basin simulation, horizontal well drilling, three-dimensional seismic exploration, tertiary oil recovery, computer technology and so on. Global output is stable at more than 3 billion tons.
2 Main technologies of oil and gas field development at present
At present, there are more than ten main technologies for oil and gas field development, mainly including: water injection development technology for sandstone reservoirs; Steam injection development technology of heavy oil reservoir: cluster well, horizontal well and multi-well development technology; Reservoir protection technology; Reservoir reconstruction technology; Technology to change the direction of liquid flow; Reservoir dynamic monitoring technology; Reservoir simulation technology; Reservoir development design and reservoir management theory; Tertiary oil recovery technology; Microbial oil recovery technology; Other technologies (such as burning oil layer technology, deep penetration perforation technology, autogenous thermal fracturing acidizing technology)
3 Future development trend of oil and gas field development technology
(1) integrated technology of geological exploration and development. In the future development, it is difficult to completely separate exploration and development, and exploration and development will become a whole. For example, rolling exploration is the integration of exploration and development.
(2) Network and digital oilfield technology. At present, network technology and digital technology have been applied to the exploration and development of oil reservoirs, such as remote control technology and central control technology. In the future, a digital oilfield will be formed to improve the development effect of the oilfield.
(3) the application of high technology-the application of nanotechnology. For example, nanotechnology oil displacement technology has begun to be studied.
(4) Application of biotechnology. Transgenic technology, high temperature and high pressure resistant microbial oil recovery technology, microbial exploration.
(5) Application of nuclear technology. Underground nuclear explosion and nuclear explosion produce cracks, thus breaking the reservoir and increasing the single well production.
(6) Gas injection development technology. In particular, the development technology of carbon dioxide injection is one of the main technologies to be developed in the future, and it is a new technology that turns waste into treasure.
