How to check sci impact factors
The steps of searching for impact factors are as follows:

First, query the impact factors of journals through SCI or SSCI database.

1. For example, enter the journal name in the Publication Name field of SCI or SSCI database, query the impact factors of Nature, then select the Publication Name field in SCI or SSCI database and enter "Nature" in the search box. ?

2. The search results page will display the title, author, periodical, publication time and other bibliographic information of the papers published in the periodicals included in the current database, and click on the periodical name of any paper.

3. In the pop-up dialog box, the journal's impact factors and other information will be displayed.

Secondly, query the impact factors of journals through JCR database.

The link to the 1.JCR database can be found directly above the Web of Science retrieval platform.

2. Enter the name of the journal in the search box provided on the homepage of JCR database. For example, if you want to query the influencing factors of the journal nature, then enter "nature" in the search box.

It should be noted that the JCR search box provides the function of expanding search terms. When the search word "nature" is entered, relevant journal names will appear, such as "nature", "natural medicine" and "natural microbiology". At this point, you only need to select the journal name to query.
