Second: read more and practice more. You should know and even master the constitution, criminal law, civil law, economic law, labor and social insurance law, marriage law, administrative law, intellectual property law and so on. Only by mastering all kinds of knowledge can we take our time in dealing with legal problems. In addition to the legal field, all subjects also have some knowledge, such as economics, literature and even philosophy. This knowledge seems "useless", but it can really change our lives subtly. For example, knowledge of economics can make us more efficient, knowledge of literature can give us rich examples when we have heated arguments with others, and knowledge of philosophy can make us more introspective in dealing with people and look at problems from another angle. In a word, excellent legal talents are all generalists.
Third: there is no end to learning, endless legal knowledge and many controversial fields. Only by constantly absorbing new knowledge and improving personal accomplishment and professional accomplishment can we go further and further on the road of law.
Fourth: Try to review legal knowledge. As far as my own experience is concerned, I attended a famous law school in my early years. Every time I take an exam, the whole school is brightly lit, and I recite next semester's knowledge all night. Most people rely on instant memory to cope with exams. After the exam the next day, I left all my legal knowledge behind. This kind of learning is fast and ineffective. Only through countless times of review, consolidation and practice can legal knowledge become our instinct and cultivate our legal intuition.
