According to the decoration company of China Construction Second Bureau, all these seemingly real and shocking scenes are based on a series of film and television scenes of the project department.
Build a conical roof of 860 square meters.
"This seemingly ordinary conical roof took 150 days from design to construction completion, and only 100 drawings were produced." Xun Dezhong, technical director of Universal Studios Project of China Construction Second Bureau Decoration Company, pointed to the roof of Jurassic Park Innovation Center and told reporters. As one of the most complicated structural forms of building roof, the pointed cone roof is specially adopted by the project department with advanced three-dimensional scanning technology and total station measuring and setting-out technology to ensure the accuracy of preliminary design and processing, and it is stipulated that each positioning must be rechecked twice.
"The installation accuracy of this project is extremely high," said Liu Chuanwei. It is understood that the large-scale FRP conical roof of each unit is a whole, and the integrity of the effect should be maintained between the split plates. Therefore, the project department has formulated three different connection methods for different plates.
At present, after 3D scanning of the main structure, the assembly accuracy of the whole FRP conical roof processing is all less than 10 mm, which is all higher than the national standard requirements.
The landscape decoration reaches Grade 4 plastering smoothness.
Passing through Jurassic theme park is Minions theme park. The 7.4-meter-high pink "milkshake cup" above the food court makes the scene of Paradise Shopping Center in the movie Minions vivid.
Construction workers told reporters that although from the outside, it seems that the Minions scene does not have the theme of the old historical scene and uses more integrated large components, it is not inferior to Jurassic Park in terms of construction difficulty.
Although the milkshake cup landscape is only a decorative component, as a hyperboloid landscape decorative component, it requires very high surface smoothness during construction. In order to meet the requirements of four-level plastering smoothness of irregular hyperboloid wall, the project department first uses BIM modeling technology to model the main structure, substructure and decorative modeling, and then carries out in-depth design, defines the structural nodes, and controls the overall plastering thickness at about 40-45 mm
"When plastering, we fully consider the particularity of component modeling, use PVC water pipes as arc control ribs, set one every 2 meters, and then coordinate with the upper and lower lines for correction to ensure that the flatness of cup-shaped component plastering is controlled first.
At the same time, when the plaster is about to harden, take out the PVC control line, and use mortar to make up the local ash, and finally reach the standard that the plaster is smooth and the flatness is not more than 3 mm. "Liu Chuanwei said.
Although the surface area of milkshake cup is only 170 square meters, the plastering process was only carried out once, five times, and it took 75 days to achieve the effect of Excellence.
