Postscript of Li Hanqing China Centennial Series of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Mr Li Hanqing (1892 ~ 1972) has been away from us for 28 years. This is the first time that his academic experience has been comprehensively compiled and published. This arrangement originated from the centennial topic selection of China Centennial TCM Clinicians Series published by China Traditional Chinese Medicine Publishing House. The collation of Li Hanqing's data has been highly valued by the Health Department of Shanxi Province and the Shanxi Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and instructed the Institute of Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shanxi Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine to undertake the completion. This integration has three foundations:

1. The Institute of Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shanxi Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine has 277 volumes of Li Hanqing's notes (including 1960 Treatise on Febrile Diseases 1 12 clinical experience manuscripts, which appear in the form of "essence" due to the limitation of style and number of words, and the whole book will be published in the future). It should be noted that these materials are only a small part of all the materials collected by Li Hanqing in order to complete his Medical System of Diseases, Syndrome and Prescriptions, and most of them were lost during the Cultural Revolution. At the end of the Cultural Revolution, Director Jia Dedao instructed Mr. Chen Zhongguang to sort out Li Hanqing's manuscripts on a full-time basis, but unfortunately they were not published. It should be noted that Mr. Chen Zhongguang made a comprehensive and detailed classification and numbering of the data collected in Li Hanqing at that time, which was the basic work of occupying and controlling the data and played a vital role in maintaining the integrity and order of the existing data in Li Hanqing. This valuable legacy is the main foundation of this arrangement.

2. Compilation of Experience of Famous and Old Chinese Medicine Doctors in Shanxi Province 1992 edited by Shanxi Provincial Health Department, which contains the clinical experience of 38 modern famous and old Chinese medicine doctors in mountain diseases, and the first one is Li Hanqing written by Zhu Jinzhong; 1995 Zhu Jinzhong's Essentials of Famous Doctors (also known as Essentials of Traditional Chinese Medicine) contains the academic thoughts of four old Chinese medicine practitioners from Shanxi Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine/kloc-0, among which the third article is Li Hanqing, the founder and physician of non-surgical therapy for ectopic pregnancy, written by Zhu Jinzhong, Ping,. Although the above two articles failed to reflect the whole picture of Li Lao's academic experience. However, in this collation, the merits of the discussion are collected as appropriate, which is hereby explained and thanked to the original author. In addition, some articles written by predecessors and read in newspapers and magazines have been cited in this collation, but due to the age and incomplete collection. I won't attach its foreign name for the time being.

Three, more than a year made a special trip to interview insiders, understand the situation and collect information. Because people have been separated because of many inconveniences, it is difficult to describe all the twists and turns here, but more selfless help and generous dedication make us unforgettable. In addition, Dr. Xu Yimin from the Institute of Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shaanxi Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine participated in the collection of some materials and the reproduction of historical photos of Li Hanqing, and worked hard. Thank you.

It should also be noted that except for the clinical experience essence of Treatise on Febrile Diseases 1 13, and some original prescriptions still use second-class, second-class and graded units of measurement, all the other units involved in the book are converted by the equivalent of 3 grams of money, which is in line with Li Lao's medication habits. In addition, rhinoceros horn and tiger bone are preserved in the book based on the consideration of respecting the original materials. Please pay attention to the use of substitutes in clinical practice. Looking back on the ups and downs experienced in the past year, I can't help feeling a lot. In fact, this short one-year retrospective trip has condensed 28 spring and autumn karma. I have witnessed the silent dedication of many white-haired old people, listened to the struggles of many medical predecessors, and personally felt the tragic desolation of right and wrong. The history of a century-old doctor is gradually clear, the demeanor of a wise man is gradually vivid, the flesh and blood of an old man is gradually full, and the ideological wisdom of a scholar is gradually reappeared. Only his books and manuscripts that cherish life are lost and not fully utilized. It's really a pity. Although finishing is extremely diligent and gathers everyone's strength, it is inevitable to hang a leak. Asking for advice from people in the industry has taught me a lot. It's for the postscript editor: February 2000 65438+February 2000 65438+February 2000.
