In the planning and design of intelligent buildings and digital communities, two sets of standards, namely "intelligent standard" and "digital standard", are mainly adopted as the design basis.
Among them, the intelligent standards focus on: building as a platform, emphasizing the cooperation and coordination between intelligent system design and building structure, such as communication and transmission intelligence (CA), intelligent building (BA), fire protection intelligence (FA), security intelligence (SA), office intelligence (OA) and so on. Technology application mainly involves the application of monitoring technology and automation technology.
Digital standards focus on: building property and facilities management, information sharing, network integration and functional coordination of integrated services and business management systems, such as integrated information integration system (IBMS), building property and facilities management system (IPMS), building management system (BMS), integrated safety management system (SMS) and "one card" management system (SMS).
Due to historical and departmental coordination, the terms, concepts and system connotations of the two standards may need to be further standardized to avoid unnecessary confusion in engineering practice and international communication and increase the cost of social communication, such as BAS and BMS, SAS and SMS. As a systematic standard, there are too many qualitative indicators and almost no quantitative indicators. It is acceptable as a teaching material or thesis topic, but as a technical management standard guiding the whole industry of intelligent buildings, comrades still need to work hard!
