Intelligent building standard
China's national standard (GB/T 503 14-2006) stipulates in the Design Standard of Intelligent Building that the meaning of intelligent building is: "As a platform, building has information facilities system, information application system, building equipment management system, public safety system and so on. , integrating structure, system, service and security. On some occasions in China, intelligent buildings are collectively referred to as "intelligent buildings" or "intelligent buildings", but from the analysis of practical projects, the definition of this term is not exact, because high-rise buildings do not necessarily need to be highly intelligent; On the contrary, it is not a high-rise building, but a highly intelligent building, such as airport, railway station, Jianghai passenger and cargo port area, intelligent residential quarters and so on. At present, intelligent buildings only have certain intelligence in some fields, and their degrees are also different, and there is no unified standard. Moreover, the content of intelligence itself is extended and broadened with the requirements of people and the continuous development of science and technology. The relevant departments of our country have clearly called it intelligent building or intelligent building in the document. Its name is more accurate, its meaning is wider, and it is suitable for the specific situation of our country.

In the planning and design of intelligent buildings and digital communities, two sets of standards, namely "intelligent standard" and "digital standard", are mainly adopted as the design basis.

Among them, the intelligent standards focus on: building as a platform, emphasizing the cooperation and coordination between intelligent system design and building structure, such as communication and transmission intelligence (CA), intelligent building (BA), fire protection intelligence (FA), security intelligence (SA), office intelligence (OA) and so on. Technology application mainly involves the application of monitoring technology and automation technology.

Digital standards focus on: building property and facilities management, information sharing, network integration and functional coordination of integrated services and business management systems, such as integrated information integration system (IBMS), building property and facilities management system (IPMS), building management system (BMS), integrated safety management system (SMS) and "one card" management system (SMS).

Due to historical and departmental coordination, the terms, concepts and system connotations of the two standards may need to be further standardized to avoid unnecessary confusion in engineering practice and international communication and increase the cost of social communication, such as BAS and BMS, SAS and SMS. As a systematic standard, there are too many qualitative indicators and almost no quantitative indicators. It is acceptable as a teaching material or thesis topic, but as a technical management standard guiding the whole industry of intelligent buildings, comrades still need to work hard!
