For major scientific research integrity cases, joint investigations can be conducted, and different departments (units) can also be coordinated to carry out investigations respectively. In the case of scientific research integrity, if the person under investigation is a natural person, the unit to which he belongs shall be responsible for the investigation. The relevant units shall cooperate with the investigation and handling of the acts of dishonesty in scientific research during the work or study in other units.
If the person under investigation is the main person in charge of the unit or the person under investigation is a legal entity, the higher authorities shall be responsible for the investigation. If there is no superior competent department, the provincial administrative department of science and technology or the unit responsible for the integrity construction of philosophy and social science research shall be responsible for organizing the investigation.

5. Publishing: The publication date of popular periodicals is usually one year later, while unpopular periodicals are often still accepting a one-year layout. The general publication time is about 3~6 months. After publication, the editorial department will pay the author to mail a sample of the publication.
