Qiao Aizhen, head nurse, bachelor of medicine, air force expert. He is currently a member of the professional committee of internal medicine nursing of the whole army, a member of the professional committee of internal medicine nursing of Beijing Nursing Association, and the deputy head of hematology department. He has been engaged in clinical nursing in internal medicine for more than 30 years, and is good at blood tumor, bone marrow transplantation nursing and health education, especially at PICC catheter placement, intravenous infusion port placement and various venous catheter maintenance. An expert clinic for PICC was established, which can place PICC into invisible and intangible blood vessels under the guidance of B-ultrasound, and the success rate of PICC placement is over 99%.

He has participated in the national class I continuing medical education project PICC and the national training and teaching task of intravenous infusion port, the network teaching task of the whole army and the PICC teaching task of Beijing Nursing Association for many times. And invited to guide teaching in many hospitals.
