With the adjustment and upgrading of the national industrial structure, the scale of China's new economy is constantly expanding. Information technology and its industry are the pillars and pioneers of the new economy, and the software industry is an important part of the information industry. The healthy development of software industry has provided important support for the healthy development of China's new economy. Software industry is a talent-intensive industry. Facing the increasing demand for software talents in society, the software engineering major in colleges and universities is an important base for training software talents, and the employment quality and employment rate of graduates have not improved with the demand for talents. On the one hand, the main reason is that graduates can't adapt to the actual needs of IT enterprises; On the other hand, the traditional training mode of school-enterprise cooperation or work-study combination is difficult to really implement or achieve good results; Thirdly, students lack the training of engineering practice ability, professional quality and innovation ability, and it is difficult to adapt to the working environment of IT enterprises quickly.

In view of the problems existing in the current training of software technology talents, although the school-enterprise cooperation model has made some achievements in the enjoyment of practical resources, there are also some problems such as poor information exchange between schools and enterprises, imperfect management mechanism of students and educational administration between schools and enterprises, and imperfect construction of teaching staff. In order to improve the training quality of software technical talents, according to the practice of in-depth school-enterprise cooperation between the School of Software Service Outsourcing of Jishou University and IT enterprises such as ChinaSoft International Changsha in recent four years, and according to the law of talent training in colleges and universities, the comprehensive reform measures of software engineering specialty under the background of school-enterprise cooperation are put forward, which has certain reference significance for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of this specialty under the school-enterprise cooperation.

The software technical talents needed by enterprises should not only have a solid theoretical foundation, but also have strong practical ability and engineering practice ability. The traditional mode of running a school can not achieve the training goal of improving engineering practice ability. Due to the limitation of teacher evaluation mechanism in colleges and universities, many software engineering teachers lack experience in project development in enterprises, so teachers and students work behind closed doors to complete graduation projects in laboratories and offices.

In order to solve this problem, the college has adopted the mode of "3+ 1", in which "3" refers to the first three years of study, and "1" refers to 1 year's internship and trainee in the enterprise. Through on-campus study, students can master the basic theories and skills of software engineering, and through course experiments and course training (design), students can have preliminary project cognition ability, familiarize themselves with the basic development process and methods of software projects, and initially understand the requirements of professional quality. The courses offered by the school mainly include public basic courses, professional basic courses, professional courses and professional quality courses. Finally, the internship of 1 in the enterprise is divided into two stages. 1 semester to carry out practical projects in enterprises, that is, to use real software development project cases to train students to comprehensively use the theoretical knowledge, methods, technologies and tools they have learned to solve practical software development problems and complete graduation design tasks at the same time; I mainly do internships in the second semester. As a prospective employee of 1 IT company, we should make use of the real internship position provided by the cooperative enterprise to familiarize ourselves with the business work of specific software technology positions, learn the development tools and environment adopted by software technology positions, further improve students' professionalism, teamwork spirit and coordination and communication ability, and prepare for becoming qualified employees.

Although the school-enterprise cooperation mode has made some achievements, through the practice of software engineering major in Jishou University, some problems have also been found, such as the imperfect management system and policies and regulations of school-enterprise cooperation, the imperfect profit distribution mechanism between schools and enterprises, the single teaching method of enterprise teachers, the unsatisfactory teaching quality, the single-subject independent teaching mode of enterprises leading to chaotic teaching order, the irregular submission of teaching materials by enterprise teachers, and the students' internship in enterprises.

Through school-enterprise cooperation, enterprises provide real practical environment, engineers with rich practical experience and channels for talent recommendation and employment. Schools provide enterprises with financial and intellectual support for talent training, and finally achieve the goal of win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises. In the future teaching practice, we should strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and cultivate professionals needed by society.
