Teachers need a lot of materials and information sources in the teaching process. In traditional teaching, these materials are mainly obtained through books, textbooks and other reference materials, with limited sources and lack of flexibility, convenience and interaction. Nowadays, the integration of computer with network and storage technology provides a lot of information resources and various teaching software for teaching, such as CDs, videos, slides, multimedia courseware and so on. It is beneficial for teachers to carry out various fascinating teaching methods and means. For example, in classroom lead-in, we can flexibly use the following modern educational technologies: 1, playing songs, and interest lead-in. Beautiful music and cheerful rhythm not only delight the body and mind, but also cultivate sentiment and stimulate interest in learning. The new textbook provides us with a large number of English songs that children love to sing and like to sing. Some songs can also be accompanied by actions corresponding to the lyrics, such as "Follow Me" by Unit5 PartC, the second volume of the third grade of Fujian Education Edition, which enlivens the classroom atmosphere, stimulates students' learning emotions, and sets the tone for the teaching of this course. 2. Import by audio-visual means such as slides. For example, in the PartA teaching of Unit 1 birthday in grade three, four slides, such as a football, a gift, a card and a cake, can be presented on the screen one by one, accompanied by audio recording, which is conducive to enhancing students' perceptual knowledge, allowing students to discuss these contents in class, exchanging learning, highlighting the theme of the class and achieving good teaching results. 3. Make multimedia courseware for review and import. For example, before teaching the new lesson "Unit7 Clothing (II)" in grade three, teachers should make a good courseware and review the related vocabulary and sentence patterns of Unit6 Clothing (1) by brainstorming, so that the old knowledge can flash in their minds and serve as a link between the past and the future, which is conducive to expanding the learning of new content and achieving the good effect of learning new things by reviewing the past. In addition, using courseware to teach new words is also a good teaching method, which can achieve unexpected teaching results. For example, when teaching the word "clothes", we use the special effects of the computer to make the seven letters in the word "c-l-o-t-h-e-s" fly into the screen one by one, so that students can "string" the familiar letters to achieve the teaching purpose of easy spelling.
Second, the use of information technology to simulate real situations
This method means that in the teaching process, teachers broadcast the real situation in the classroom by means of information technology, and organize classroom teaching by simulating virtual reality, so that students can enter the real language situation in cyberspace and complete a specific learning task in the process of interacting with computers. This is an advanced scientific and technological method to achieve the predetermined teaching goal, introduce or create a specific situation or atmosphere suitable for the teaching content (that is, language situation), which is easy to concentrate students' learning attention, arouse students' emotional experience, help students correctly understand the teaching content, make students immersive and enhance the teaching effect. Commonly used forms are: lens freeze, slow-motion picture, loop play, etc. Among them, slow-motion pictures can attract students' attention, make fleeting phenomena or processes in life clearly reappear in front of students, and help students understand difficulties without teachers spending a lot of time explaining them.
This brand-new intuitive knowledge expression technology transcends the obstacles of time and space, stillness and movement, language and images, and can simulate tasks that are difficult to achieve and complete in real situations, changing static into dynamic and abstract into images, which is incomparable to conventional teaching methods. For example, with the help of listening media, students are required to talk with different foreigners and conduct simulation training by simulating foreign life or study situations (such as taking a bus on the street, visiting patients in hospitals, shopping in shopping malls, studying at schools, etc.). This training method using information technology puts students in simulated language situations, which is of great help to improve students' adaptability to situations and learning contents, especially for oral English teaching.
Third, make micro-courses to broaden students' learning channels.
Micro-lesson is a simple multimedia demonstration method, which takes teaching video as the main carrier and is convenient for students with computers at home to watch and study. It mainly includes: micro-classroom (video), micro-design, micro-reflection, micro-practice, micro-resources and micro-introduction. With micro-classroom as the core content and problem-solving as the basis, we can teach and learn a certain problem or knowledge point in primary school English teaching, and use information technology flexibly and reasonably to realize the integration of digital resources for educational and teaching purposes such as breaking through difficulties, imparting skills, cultivating interest and enlightening wisdom in a short time. The duration of each video is less than 10 minutes, which is in line with the age characteristics of primary school students' relatively short attention duration. For example, before teaching the content of Unit7 Christmas in the fourth grade of Fujian Education Edition, teachers can introduce the culture and gifts related to Christmas to students in the form of explanations or images, and record them as micro-lessons, which will help students to participate in classroom learning with strong interest in Christmas. For another example, when students have learned to count words from one to one hundred, the teacher compares the related numerals, distinguishes the changes of word forms and pronunciations, such as 666, and makes micro-lessons for students to review and consolidate after class. Micro-class is conducive to cultivating students' autonomous learning ability, previewing according to their own learning progress, reviewing after class and making up for vacancies. From another point of view, "micro-class" is also an extension and expansion of the classroom, which is beneficial for students to learn and understand more relevant knowledge and culture, greatly supports the "reverse class", saves classroom time, and enables teachers and students to have more time to communicate and interact in the classroom, thus achieving better teaching results.
Fourthly, under the condition of information technology, a new teacher-student relationship has been created.
As a contemporary teacher, we should be brave enough to accept new things, take the initiative to learn new knowledge, study modern educational technology hard, face up to difficulties, apply modern educational technology to education and teaching, integrate information technology into English classes in primary schools, and devote ourselves to changing the traditional teaching mode, changing students' learning methods and communication methods between teachers and students, enhancing students' cognitive ability and stimulating students' interest in learning English. Only in this way can we become the leaders and teachers of the times that students like.
Under the condition of information technology, a new type of bilateral interaction between teachers and students inevitably arises, which promotes the development of teacher-student relationship in a good direction. Conversely, a good teacher-student relationship can improve the quality of education and help teachers carry out education and teaching activities. For example, teachers can assign homework to students or report students' performance in school to parents through school newsletter, get in touch and communicate with parents, and let parents supervise and guide their children's learning, which is conducive to teachers' understanding of students' learning dynamics at home and targeted education and teaching. In addition, teachers can also use the "Homework Network" created by the research group "Exploring the Forms of English Homework in Primary Schools under the New Curriculum Standard" to arrange corresponding homework for students, so that students can finish their homework independently at home and correct it online, so that students can know their knowledge in time. Teachers can also check their homework online conveniently, which is convenient and quick, and at the same time reduces the workload of teachers in correcting students' homework. In addition, online work has various forms, such as pictures, words, sounds and images. It is highly playful and challenging, and can stimulate students' desire for learning. Really achieved "learning while playing", welcomed by students, fully mobilized their learning enthusiasm, played their main role, and improved their interest in learning English. This virtuous circle under the influence of information technology has improved the relationship between teachers and students and promoted the new bilateral interaction between teachers and students to be more harmonious.
In the third period of "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", Quanzhou Experimental Primary School, Primary School Affiliated to Teachers College and Dehua Experimental Primary School provided us with more than ten observation and discussion classes. Their classes have their own characteristics and advantages. Various introduction methods, teaching AIDS and colorful teaching evaluation all reflect teachers' teaching wisdom and intention, their application and research on information technology and their teaching philosophy.
In short, as primary school English teachers, we should dare to face the reality, seize the opportunity, keep pace with the times, constantly learn modern educational technology, be good at effectively integrating information technology into primary school English teaching, give full play to our intelligence, tap educational wisdom, innovate educational ideas, try our best to use various teaching methods and means to stimulate students' interest in learning English, and strive to improve the efficiency of primary school English teaching.
