Abstract: With the development of education, people pay more and more attention to education, and a large number of new kindergarten teachers are employed. How these new kindergarten teachers grow into qualified teachers has become a concern. Based on the analysis of the present situation of new kindergarten teachers, this paper provides some effective ways to help new teachers grow up: to have the love and responsibility of "two hearts"; Actively seek development and improve their professional level-read good books, share good songs, learn from teachers, participate in exchanges and reflect on themselves.

Therefore, how to adapt to the teaching environment as soon as possible and become a qualified kindergarten teacher is the primary task for us new kindergarten teachers, and it is also a problem that leaders pay special attention to.
First, the status quo of new kindergarten teachers
Just graduated from school, the first year of work, the role has changed a lot. As a student, some casual and lazy behaviors and lifestyles, as a teacher, can no longer be accepted by everyone, but I will shoulder the arduous responsibility of teaching and educating people as soon as possible to face and deal with any problems in the park and classes. Facing the new environment and new work content, my heart is full of curiosity and excitement. In kindergarten, every new teacher has professional knowledge and skills in various fields. Teaching reflection is to take teachers' own classroom teaching practice as the object of understanding, to conduct comprehensive and in-depth calm thinking and summary, so as to enter a more optimized teaching state, enable children to develop more fully, activate teachers' teaching wisdom, explore the content of teaching materials, and construct a new way of teacher-student interaction. After a day's teaching activities, record your own teaching feelings, thoughts, problems encountered in today's teaching, children's unexpected reactions and feedback, and review and reflect on these problems in time. Ask other teachers if you don't understand, think deeply when you find problems, and sublimate when you find experience.
