Woodworking thesis
There is an old Japanese proverb called "A rolling stone gathers no moss". When I first saw this proverb, I was confused about its meaning. The meaning of this sentence is that you can't get real gains unless you settle down in one place and keep spinning around. Just like the slogan of Texas Instruments, a famous American semiconductor company, "Writing more than two goals means no goals." I deeply agree with this statement.

It is difficult for a person to succeed without a focused goal. Nothing can replace a focused goal. "The giant of language, the dwarf of action". If you set a goal today and set a goal tomorrow, you are doomed to have no direction to work hard, and you will only complain all day and make no progress. All energy comes down to thinking about goals. If you want to succeed, you must concentrate thousands of energy on one point and devote yourself to the research and exploration of a certain job, just like a book says, "You must have one thing to deal with." If you devote yourself to the research of a certain skill and have a good skill, then you will certainly get something. A carpenter, if he learns this today and that tomorrow, thinking that he can master the true meaning of carpentry only by learning fur, then he is destined to be a master like Lu Ban. How the master is forged is "practiced". Practice requires concentration, and practice requires resilience.

If you want to achieve something in your work, you must have the courage to act, the passion for work and the enthusiasm for life in addition to your single-minded goal. Work should be regarded as a kind of enjoyment, not just a need for survival. If you only regard work as a need, you will lose more and more confidence and interest in work. Take work as a kind of enjoyment and get happiness in work. Is this work attitude a lot easier? If you regard work as enjoyment, you won't have the idea that work is for others and work is for others' interests. Work is not only the need of survival, but also the need of life and enjoyment. Does a person who has accomplished nothing feel empty when he has nothing to do all day? With work, life is enriched and life is healthier and happier. Why not? But who do we really work for? If a rich man has more money than he can use, does he still have to work? Like Mr. Bill Gates, the richest man in the world, he has enough money to give every ten dollars to the people of the earth. If he spends it alone with his family, it will never be spent. But why does he have to work? Work is a need, and it is the need for people to realize their ideals. Work is not for others, but for yourself. While creating wealth for the society, it also realizes its own value. People need social recognition. As a small clerk, although not as ambitious as the big boss, I work, I am happy, I work, so I am here.

If you don't work hard today, try to find a job tomorrow. So don't fool around all day; Don't think about how to jump ship all day, no matter which company you jump to, you still have to work hard.
