Ectropis sophorae is an insect of Lepidoptera Ectropidae. Its larva has a slender body, bends and stretches like an arch bridge when it is active, and can stretch obliquely like a branch when it is still.
Adults have large wings, slender bodies, short hairs and filamentary or feathery antennae. Distributed in China, Hebei, Shandong and Zhejiang. /kloc-0 has 3-4 generations per year, overwinters in the soil with pupae, and adults emerge in April-May, feeding, mating and spawning at night.
