How to cite and mark papers is not a double check.
The contents cited in the paper need to be marked with quotation marks, and the serial numbers in the references are marked in the upper right corner. If the quoted content is not marked in the correct format, the duplicate checking system of HowNet will not recognize it, so this part of the content will be regarded as plagiarism rather than quotation.

1, refer to some format standards.

(1) Generally speaking, according to the format requirements of the school, HowNet can identify the reference part. In addition, the contents of the references in the paper need to be marked with quotation marks, and the serial numbers in the references should be marked in the upper right corner.

(2) If the quoted content is not marked according to the correct format and cannot be recognized by the general HowNet system, this part of the content will be judged as plagiarism, instead of calculating the repetition rate according to the standard of the quoted content.

2. All the quoted contents need to be included in the comparison database of HowNet.

If the comparison database of HowNet doesn't contain the content you used, HowNet won't recognize the part you quoted, but will regard it as plagiarism.
