Yongjia County is a county under the jurisdiction of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is located in the southeast of Zhejiang Province, on the north bank of the lower reaches of Oujiang River, with Yueqing and Huangyan in the east, Qingtian and Jinyun in the west, Xianju in the north and Wenzhou across the river in the south. The total area is 2674 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 7 streets, 1 1 town and 4 townships. Known as the hometown of longevity in China, the hometown of pumps and valves in China, the button capital of China and the toy capital of China. It is the fourth largest county in Zhejiang and the first largest county in Wenzhou. It is also the first batch of coastal open counties, cultural tourism counties in China, Millennium ancient counties in China and revolutionary old counties in Zhejiang.

Yongjia has a long history. It has been 1800 years since the county was founded. Yongjia County came first, followed by Wenzhou Prefecture, which is the historical and cultural source of Wenzhou. Yongning County was founded in the 3rd year of Yonghe, Emperor Shun of Han Dynasty (A.D. 138), and was renamed Yongjia County in the 9th year of Huang Kai in Sui Dynasty (A.D. 589), which means "the water is long and beautiful" and it is also the origin of Wenzhou culture. 1May, 949 Yongjia was liberated and settled in Shuangxi County. In September, Shuangxi County was renamed Yongjia County, and the former site of Shuangxi County Government was Dongzong Temple in Lishui Street, Yantou Town.
