After 60 years' development, at present, the School of Ship Engineering has 1 national key discipline (design and manufacture of ships and offshore structures), 1 first-class discipline authorized doctoral program (ship and offshore engineering), 3 two disciplines authorized doctoral programs (design and manufacture of ships and offshore structures, underwater acoustic engineering and offshore engineering) and 1 postdoctoral research mobile station. 1 National Engineering Research Center (National Engineering Research Center for Shipbuilding), 1 Liaoning Engineering Technology Research Center (Advanced Marine Engineering Technology), 1 "985 Project" Science and Technology Innovation Platform (Advanced Ship Technology),1Key Laboratory of Liaoning University (Ship and Ocean Engineering Laboratory). At present, there are 1 academicians and 35 faculty members, including 8 professors and 3 associate professors. Teachers with doctoral degrees account for 83% of the total number of teachers. Research direction and key technology of ship and ocean structure design
Focus on new ship type development, ship design, offshore platform design and related basic research. In the past five years, it has undertaken more than 50 national 863, national key projects, military projects, international cooperation projects and various industrialization projects, and has funded more than 40 million yuan in research and development projects. He has published more than 200 academic papers in important academic journals and international academic conferences at home and abroad, including EI and ISTP indexes for more than 70 times, and published 3 academic monographs and national teaching materials. A three-dimensional parametric design software system for ships and offshore platforms with independent intellectual property rights was developed and won the Excellent Software Award in Liaoning Province. The intelligent loading and unloading system of liquid tanker, automatic stowage instrument of floating dock and launching safety analysis system have been developed, and marine engineering equipment such as multifunctional jack-up offshore drilling platform, 6000-ton floating dock, 4400 horsepower tugboat and small waterline oilfield traffic boat have been developed and designed. Developed and designed the Yangtze River standard oil tanker, Liaoning land island transport standard tanker and163000 DWT/26000 DWT/50000 DWT product tanker, and developed 388000DWT/363000DWT VLOC, 320000DWT VLCC and 2 1000 DWT with shipbuilding enterprises. Advanced manufacturing and management technology of ships and marine structures
He has undertaken more than 30 national 863 and national natural science foundation projects, published more than 50 research papers, approved 4 patents and won 6 awards. Among them, the company cooperated with enterprises to undertake the national 863 plan project-"Research on robot prototype of large-scale complex curved steel plate hydrothermal forming products", solved the main key technologies such as saddle plate processing path design, high-precision measurement method, measured surface fitting method, and dual burner simultaneous processing method, developed a prototype suitable for shipbuilding production, completed the commercial automatic prediction software system for hydrothermal processing process parameters of hull sail-shaped and saddle-shaped outer plates, and won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress.
Research direction of vibration and noise of ships and marine structures
Undertaking national natural science foundation and national defense pre-research and other related scientific research projects, and publishing more than 100 papers in international and domestic journals. Through theoretical research and real ship test, a set of mature ship vibration prediction and design control methods has been formed. Editor-in-chief of 2 standards related to ship vibration in ship industry, compilation of 6 national and ship industry standards, and 6 awards. Through close cooperation with enterprises, the structural vibration and cabin noise of different types of modern export ships and ships are predicted, which effectively solves the problem of excessive harmful vibration and noise for many times and plays a certain role in improving the shipbuilding level of enterprises. Combined with personnel training, important achievements have been made in the fields of ship structure vibration and cabin noise prediction, underwater structure vibration and acoustic radiation analysis and control, ship and offshore platform vibration control, damaged structure vibration and acoustic diagnosis technology. A vibration laboratory and an acoustic laboratory (anechoic pool, semi-anechoic room and sound insulation room) with technical indicators reaching the leading level in China have been built, and equipped with B&: vibration, air sound and underwater sound measurement systems produced by Danish K company.
Research direction of structural safety of ships and offshore engineering
The "numerical simulation calculation technology and software of cathodic protection system" has been developed, which can realize the direct calculation and design of cathodic protection system, thus realizing the predictive optimization design of the whole life cycle of cathodic protection system in complex structure system. It is the basis and an important part of "modern anti-corrosion design technology system based on numerical simulation calculation". Over the years, nearly 20 important anti-corrosion projects for ships, shipbuilding and offshore oil projects have been completed, including the optimization design project of anti-corrosion system for semi-submersible drilling platform with a working depth of 3000 meters, and important practical engineering application results have been achieved. In recent years, the research direction has expanded the research content of deep-sea engineering technology and equipment, and established a deep-sea engineering technology and equipment research team. At present, he is undertaking the major special project of National 863 Plan "Key Technologies for Design and Construction of Deepwater Semi-submersible Drilling Ship", the special project of National 863 Plan in the field of marine technology "Research on Key Technologies for Design of Deepwater Riser Engineering" and "Numerical Simulation and Optimization Technology for Anti-corrosion System of Marine Engineering".
Research direction of fluid mechanics in ship and ocean engineering
It has advanced ship model test pool and high-performance computer group, and has long been engaged in the research of ships, ocean engineering and underwater weapons. It has undertaken more than 30 scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Science and Technology Support Program, the Navy and international cooperation, and developed the calculation technology and software system of environmental load and dynamic response of offshore floating structures, the damage calculation technology of underwater explosion structures and the fluid-solid coupling calculation technology of risers for nonlinear hydrodynamic experiments and calculations.
The above five research directions have achieved representative research results in the corresponding fields, expanded the influence of the college, made important contributions to the society, and been widely recognized by the society. At the same time, according to the needs of teaching and scientific research activities in five research directions, the college has built "one center" and "five sub-laboratories" in the laboratory of ship and ocean engineering: ship CAD engineering center, ship model towing pool, shipbuilding technology laboratory, structural vibration laboratory, acoustics laboratory and structural environmental damage control laboratory. At present, some test facilities and technical conditions of the Marine and Ocean Engineering Laboratory have reached the current domestic advanced level, which can provide strong hardware guarantee for the smooth development of teaching and scientific research. The goal of the School of Shipbuilding Engineering is to establish an internationally renowned college. On the basis of focusing on the construction of the national key discipline of ship and marine structure design and manufacturing and the national engineering research center of ship manufacturing, the college will vigorously strengthen the construction of teaching staff and scientific research team, build an academic team that can have an important impact on this discipline, further enhance the research level of five research directions, consolidate the advantages of existing disciplines and add and strengthen the research directions of underwater acoustic engineering and marine engineering based on the national key needs.
