800-word mature argumentative essay
The so-called maturity, I understand, is the degree of socialization of people. The higher the degree of socialization, the more mature people are; On the contrary, the more naive. How to measure people's socialization? There are three indicators: the tolerant attitude of being a man, the dialectical vision of doing things, and the concept of living in harmony with nature. People are social. People only have meaning in "people". The most important thing to get along with others is to have an inclusive attitude. "All kinds of people" is about people's diversity and differences. "Gold is not enough, no one is perfect" is about people's imperfections. People are different, and we should respect them. If you are not perfect, you can't ask for perfection. This is true for people and for yourself. Talent is truly mature when we have an ocean-like mind to accept others and ourselves. In this world, you have to go through many things. The most important thing in dealing with things is to have a dialectical vision. Sometimes, we can see the essence of things, but more can only see the appearance of things. Sometimes, we can see the single and isolated state of things, but we can't see the state when it is linked with things. Therefore, to understand the essence of things, non-dialectical vision is not enough. Dialectical vision requires us that everything in the world is not isolated, but interrelated. These connections are regular, and we can only use them, not violate them. Everything in the world is a contradictory unity. Contradictions are not absolute, and the main and secondary aspects of contradictions can be transformed into each other. Therefore, we should look at things from a developmental perspective and not rigid dogma. We often hear an advertising word "there is no best, only better", which explains this truth. "Best" is just a goal and the ultimate ideal we will always pursue. "Better" is a quantitative change one after another. Only when "better" is accumulated to a certain extent can qualitative change occur and "best" be achieved. When we internalize dialectical thinking into habits, we are truly mature in doing things. Man and his living environment are closely linked. The more scientific and technological progress, the greater the damage to nature and the environment. Without scientific and technological progress, mankind will not develop. This is a contradiction. How to deal with this contradiction and make us sustainable development is a sign of our maturity. It is not only naive but also stupid to kill the goose that lays the golden egg for quick success. From growth to maturity, mistakes are inevitable, which is the price of maturity. As long as we form an inclusive mentality, a dialectical vision and a harmonious concept in constant error correction, we will be truly mature.
