Step 2: Why?

Simplicity is also the focus of this step. Generally speaking, all the materials are refined into no more than three reasons, and then the structure of the argument-the argument is strengthened with arguments, and the expression is concise and powerful.

For example, "it will be more difficult for the company to expand in new markets in third-and fourth-tier cities, because the input and output in this region are obviously disproportionate in the past year, and the consumption level of users in this region is limited, and our products are not just needed. It is recommended to cut the budgets of third-and fourth-tier cities."

Step 3: Evidence

The first two steps focus on opinions or statements. But when it comes to evidence, you have to convince the boss. At this time, the most important thing is the details, because the purpose is to impress the leaders, including: specific phenomena, data, effect expectations and so on.

For example:

1. argument: the company's turnover in the second quarter can reach a growth rate of 20%.

2. Argument: The growth in the first quarter has reached15%; The current hot-selling products can last for at least 4 months, and competing products will not pose a threat in a short time.

3. Strengthen the argument that the expected turnover can be achieved in the second quarter.
