According to the requirements of China Academic Journals (CD-ROM Edition) Retrieval and Evaluation Data Standard (Trial) and China Social Science Journals Arrangement Standard (Revised Edition), many publications distinguish between references and annotations.
Annotations are defined as "words that further explain or supplement something in the text", which are listed at the end of the text, separated from references or placed in the footer. Writing skills:
Place the cursor where the reference is quoted, select Insert | Footnote and Endnote on the menu bar, select Endnote in the pop-up dialog box, and click the "Options" button to change the numbering format to Arabic numerals and put them at the end of the document. After confirmation, Word inserts the reference number at the cursor and automatically jumps to the corresponding number at the end of the document. Please type a description of the reference.
According to the format of the bibliography table, add the corresponding documents here. Reference labels require numbers to be enclosed in parentheses. Take word2007 as an example, you can first move the cursor to the place where you need to insert endnotes.
Then click the small arrow under reference-footnote, and a customization will appear in the dialog box. Then enter brackets and numbers, click Insert, and then automatically jump to the end of this section/this document, and then enter the quotation.
