Professor Zhang, Vice President of Chinese University and Professor Zhuo Min of Psychology, initiated the study of China Personality Questionnaire (CPAI), which became the first comprehensive personality measurement tool in Asia. She was awarded the 20 14 Outstanding Scientific Contribution Award by the International Association of Applied Psychology, and was the first Asian psychologist to receive this award.
