Since last year, the plant has successively completed the "trinity" transformation of the tower-tank-vessel of the sulfuric acid dry absorption system, the transformation of the sulfuric acid anode protection heat exchanger and the dry absorption process, and the transformation of the sodium sulfite evaporation process, so that the sulfur dioxide flue gas is absorbed more fully and the tail gas emission is greatly reduced. At present, a new 530,000-ton sulfuric acid system under construction has adopted a number of new technologies and equipment with independent intellectual property rights. After the project is completed and put into production, it will realize stable, efficient and automatic continuous production, creating an environmental protection "bright spot" in the history of sulfuric acid production of the company.
