Third, the recruitment method
The entrance examination is limited to the written examination and physical fitness test of the people's police of reeducation through labor in prisons, the public security people's police of districts and counties (including autonomous counties, the same below) and the "grass-roots law enforcement posts" of Chongqing Traffic Administrative Law Enforcement Corps. 4. Pay online. (2) On-site examination of registration qualifications
Those who pass the written test and enter the interview (physical fitness test and supplementary professional knowledge) according to the proportion of the interview (physical fitness test) must bring relevant certificates and materials to the designated place (see Annex 1 for details), and the qualification of the recruiting district, county and municipal departments will be re-examined. The objects of physical fitness test are those who apply for the people's police of reeducation through labor in prison, the people's police of district and county public security and the "grass-roots law enforcement post" of Chongqing Traffic Administrative Law Enforcement Corps. According to the proportion of physical fitness test, from high score to low score, the physical fitness test candidates for the same position in the same unit are determined. According to the interview proportion, the candidates for additional professional knowledge are determined from high score to low score in the written test (physical fitness test) according to the same position in the same unit. The full score of the professional knowledge of the additional test is 100, accounting for 30% of the interview score. The calculation formula of the total interview score is: interview score ×70%+ professional knowledge score × 30%. 2. Interview. The interview was organized and implemented by Chongqing Civil Service Bureau. According to the interview proportion, the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score in the written test (physical fitness test) of the same position in the same unit. If the interview ratio of the recruitment position is not reached, the recruitment index shall be recalculated and determined. The calculation formula is: the number of re-determined recruitment indicators = the number of people entering the interview × the interview proportion, and the decimal part of the calculation result is rounded off. Interviews are conducted in the form of structured interviews, and some units conduct structured interviews to increase their professional knowledge.
