After obtaining the qualification of senior teacher, one of the following conditions shall be met:
(a) published more than 3 educational and teaching papers in open professional journals (all independent authors or first authors).
(2) Publicly publish a professional academic monograph (the first author or the first author), and at the same time publish more than one educational and teaching paper in a publicly published professional journal.
(3) Participating in the compilation of national and local curriculum textbooks (including textbooks, electronic audio-visual materials, atlas and teachers' reference materials, supplementary materials and learning tools) approved by the national and provincial primary and secondary school textbooks examination and approval committees, or the secondary vocational education planning textbooks edited by vocational middle school teachers at or above the provincial level or the textbooks compiled have won the "reform and innovation demonstration textbooks" of the Ministry of Education, and at the same time publishing more than one educational and teaching paper/kloc-0 in publicly published professional journals.
Abnormal condition
Those who have made outstanding contributions and achieved outstanding results in order to select talents in an eclectic way, although they do not have the required academic qualifications, must obtain senior teacher qualifications for more than 7 years, or have the required academic qualifications, and must obtain senior teacher qualifications for more than 3 years. In addition to the normal promotion conditions of senior teachers, the following two conditions must be met, and an exception can be made to declare:
(1) Having made outstanding achievements in education and teaching, won the national government award or won the honorary title of national outstanding teacher and educator.
(2) The trained outstanding students won the first prize in national discipline competitions, professional skill competitions and scientific and technological activities, and I won the national instructor award.
(3) publishing more than three educational and teaching papers (all independent authors or first authors) in open professional journals, of which the core journals are not less than 1.
Domestic journals generally only have? Periodical &; Logs and? General periodicals &; These two classification methods of core journals. General bonus level is the core of general periodicals, periodicals and periodicals. There are only four recognized cores here: Peking University Core, Nantah Core CSSCI, CSCD and Science and Technology Core (statistical source). Other academy of social sciences, Wu Da's, have low recognition.
For the evaluation of teachers' professional titles, the only publications that can be recognized are domestic regular journals (including the core of general journals) and international cores, others are not journals (such as newspaper journals), or international general journals with neither domestic journal number (CN number) nor international core are generally not recognized.
It must be noted here that the publications that can be found in the head office are of course regular periodicals, but this does not prove that the publications you send are really officially published, because there are a large number of pirated publications such as Pedagogy and Pedagogy Digest, which are only available on China Journal Network (Journal Network) (China Journal Network), and even many publications of Longyuan New Media and Superstar New Media are suspected to be pirated publications, such as Science and Life.
