The students who got off the bus swept away their tired faces. Everyone stood in a row, marched in neat steps and walked into the school gate shouting loud slogans. Next, each class takes turns to read the class training passionately. When finished, all the students read the school motto aloud.

The students' good gfd and spirit are not only praised by employers, but also amazed by the teachers and students of Hengshui Vocational Education Center. Our teachers and students won the first competition with good quality. However, we know that the real contest is yet to come.

On June 29th, our students officially took up their jobs. They were divided into two or three classes, A and B. Our five teachers immediately adjusted their jobs and began to change jobs in different classes every day.

We keep abreast of students' work and help them solve problems and difficulties in time. Because the resident is far away from the work place, students who take the morning shift have to get up at four o'clock every morning, take the subway to the apple orchard, and transfer from 1 line to Line 5, which takes two hours just to go to work. Students in the afternoon class leave the station at noon 12: 30 and return to the station at night 12.

At first, some students didn't adapt, and some students' thoughts fluctuated. We do students' ideological work in time, encourage them, tell them that the difficulties are only temporary, inspire them with excellent and touching examples of previous students, and make them adapt to the work in a short time.

Hu Yana, Sister Ping and I, in order to manage more than 450 students well, we started more detailed work. We make plans every day, the demon goes to change jobs, and at night we go to the dormitory to cheer up our classmates, trying our best to help them solve practical difficulties and let them work with peace of mind.

The student was ill, so we accompanied him to the hospital at the first time, and the student was in a bad mood. The first time we appeared beside him, the students were wronged at work. We comforted them for the first time. Through our efforts, students love their work and work hard, which has been well received by employers.

At the end of July, due to the excellent work performance of students, Beijing Metro Company and we had to sign a formal contract with students in advance, because some terms of the company's contract caused controversy among students, and many students were unwilling to sign the contract. I communicated the students' doubts with the company in time, and after getting a satisfactory answer, I explained it to the students, and the students signed the contract soon.

So far, the employment stability rate of our students is high. Of the 464 employed students, only 1 1 left for personal reasons, including 3 boys and 8 girls, and the employment rate reached 97.63%. More than 30 students have left Hengshui Vocational Education Center. The students in our college are in good mental state, flexible in dealing with problems and excellent in technology, and have repeatedly detected major contraband such as simulated pistols. Some students were also rated as monitor and team leader for their outstanding work performance.

On June 1 1, we will continue to strengthen students' skills in the residence. The daily work seems simple, but it is boring and heavy. Get together for morning exercises at 6: 20 in the morning, and after a short breakfast time, start morning exercises.

We divide the students into groups according to the actual situation, and then lead the students in their respective groups to practice in the designated area. Neither the students nor our teacher has relaxed our work. In the morning, the students are in full swing, and our instructor is sweating like a pig. After lunch break, we continued to repeat the work in the morning.

At night, we have new discoveries and new requirements every day, just like during military training. Everyday work and life are so tense and busy. Director Yan Xin will give us a meeting until the students turn off the lights at 10: 30 in the evening. After we checked the dormitory, we summarized the gains and losses in the middle of the night. We are discussing problems and making plans.
