An empirical study on project management based on quality optimization —— Taking a project as an example.

Research background and significance: The quality of a construction project is one of the important factors for its success. Previous studies show that quality management is an important part of construction project management, which can improve project quality, reduce changes and costs, and speed up project progress. Therefore, construction project management based on quality optimization has become an important trend of current construction project management. This study aims to explore the practical effect and application value of construction project management based on quality optimization, and provide theoretical and practical support for construction project management.

Research methods: This study adopts the method of case study, selects a construction project as the research object, and discusses the role and influence of quality management in project management from the perspective of construction project management. In the research process, combined with relevant literature and expert opinions, the practice of quality management in construction project management is analyzed by qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, and the influence of quality management on project progress, cost and quality is summarized.

Research contents: This study will analyze the following contents:

Theoretical framework and practical methods of construction project quality management;

Practice of construction project quality management;

Empirical research on construction project management based on quality optimization, including the impact on project schedule, cost and quality;

Through case analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of construction project management based on quality optimization are summarized, and suggestions for improvement and optimization are put forward.

Strengthen the education and training of quality management to improve the quality and ability of managers;

Adopt advanced technology and methods to improve the efficiency and accuracy of quality management;

Establish an effective performance evaluation and reward and punishment mechanism to encourage managers and employees to actively participate in quality management.

In a word, this study aims to explore the practical effect and application value of construction project management based on quality optimization through empirical research and case analysis, and provide theoretical and practical support for improving the quality and management level of construction projects.
