1. At the top of page 3, insert-separator-section break-continuous-OK;

2. Double-click the 3-page header (or view-header and footer)-activate the header and footer, click "Link to previous page" on their toolbar, and enter the header;

3. At the top of page 5, insert a separator-section break (continuous)-OK;

4. Activate the 5-page header and footer, still click "Link to Previous Page", enter the header-switch to the footer-click "Link to Previous Page"-enter the footer.
