What is Marosey's pyramid system?
Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory (Maslow's? Hierarchy? Yes? Needs), also known as "basic needs hierarchy theory", is one of the theories of behavioral science, which was put forward by American psychologist abraham maslow in his paper "Theory of Human Motivation" 1943. The theory divides needs into five categories, which are physiological needs, security needs, emotional and belonging needs, respect needs and self-realization needs from low to high like a ladder. There are also two needs: the demand for knowledge and the demand for aesthetics. These two needs are not included in his level of needs, and he thinks they should be between respecting needs and self-realization needs. As shown in the figure.
