Shi Bi

Shi Bi, 1958, born in Chengdu, Sichuan, is an expert in leather chemistry and engineering, light chemical industry, an academician of China Academy of Engineering, a professor and doctoral supervisor of Textile and Food College of Sichuan University, the director of the National Engineering Laboratory of Leather Clean Technology of Sichuan University, and the director of the Key Laboratory of Leather Chemistry and Engineering of the Ministry of Education.

The main research directions are: tanning chemistry, tanning cleaning technology, tanning waste recycling technology, vegetable tannin chemistry.
