Graduation conditions
Candidates who take the higher education self-study exam can only take the graduation exam and apply for the self-study exam graduation certificate if they meet the following conditions.
(1) has completed the theoretical courses specified in the professional examination plan and passed the examination results.
(2) to complete the professional practice course examination and obtain qualified results.
(3) The ideological and moral character meets the requirements after examination.
(4) For the undergraduate diploma, you must have a college degree or above recognized by the state.
Collection program
Receipt certificate: admission ticket and ID card.
1. Show your admission ticket and ID card and tell yourself the major and level of the self-taught exam.
2. Sign the register of receiving graduates' files. Commissioned departments to receive graduates, should also show the client's ID card, and sign "* * *" in the signature column.
3. Get the portfolio and certificate folder, and carefully check whether there are any misplacements or omissions (there are self-taught graduation certificates, self-taught course certificates, self-taught postgraduate registration forms and graduation transcripts in the portfolio);
4. Take out the graduation certificate and certificate of the self-taught course and keep it properly. Seal the self-taught postgraduate registration form and registration certificate (each 1 copy) in a bag and submit it to the labor and personnel department of our unit (candidates are advised to make a copy of their postgraduate registration form for future reference before sealing the file).
