And in my impression, in fact, Ms. Dong Mingzhu led Gree to achieve good results. Finally, in fact, I have to admit that being opinionated is really not the trait of a good leader. Because being opinionated will make many good choices and decisions miss, which will make the team dissatisfied. Therefore, it may play a negative role in the development of Gree. But in this life, people always write on the list of merits and demerits.
Gree still has great influence and popularity, which shows its success. I still feel that the evaluation of a person and a company always needs to be viewed comprehensively. It is true that many problems have been pointed out, but we should always look at these problems with an open mind.
