First of all, insert all endnotes in places with many quotations according to the conventional method, that is, there is the word "3456" in the upper right corner of the article. Next, select 45 to open the font dialog box, check "Hide" in the "Effect" column, and click "OK". Finally, add-(note that the middle line should be added in superscript format).
After quoting all the references, you will find a short horizontal line in front of the first reference (which can only be seen in page view). If a spread is referenced, there is a long horizontal line in the spread, and these lines cannot be selected or deleted. This is the sign of endnotes, but the format of general scientific papers cannot have such lines and must be deleted. Switch to normal view, and on the menu, click View-Footnote. At this point, the edit field of the endnote appears at the bottom.
