Basic Methods and Steps of Mitsubishi Inverter Debugging
First, Mitsubishi inverter no-load power-on inspection.
1 Ground the grounding terminal of Mitsubishi inverter.
2 Connect the power input terminal of Mitsubishi inverter to the power supply through the leakage protection switch.
3. Check whether the factory display of Mitsubishi inverter display window is normal. If it is not correct, it should be reset; Otherwise, it should be returned.
4 familiar with the operation keys of frequency converter. General inverter has six keys: run, stop, programming (PROG), data p confirmation (DATAPENTER), increase (UP, ▲) and decrease (DOWN, "), and the definitions of different inverter operation keys are basically the same. In addition, some frequency converters also have function keys such as monitoring (), RESET (reset), JOG (jog) and SHIFT (shift).
Second, Mitsubishi inverter with motor no-load operation
1. When setting the power and pole number of the motor, the working current of the inverter should be considered comprehensively.
2. Set the maximum output frequency, fundamental frequency and torque characteristics of Mitsubishi inverter. Generally, frequency converters are equipped with multiple VPf curves for users to choose, and users should choose the appropriate VPf curve according to the nature of the load when using. In case of fan and pump loads, the torque operation code of frequency converter should be set to variable torque and reduced torque operation characteristics. In order to improve the low-speed performance of the inverter when starting and make the torque output by the motor meet the requirements of starting the production load, it is necessary to adjust the starting torque. In the variable frequency speed regulation system of asynchronous motor, the control of torque is more complicated. In low frequency band, the influence of resistance and leakage reactance can not be ignored. If the VPf remains unchanged, the magnetic flux will decrease, so will the output torque of the motor. Therefore, the voltage should be properly compensated in low frequency band to improve the torque. In general, the inverter is compensated manually by the user.
3. Set Mitsubishi inverter to its own keyboard operation mode, press the run key and stop key, and observe whether the motor can start and stop normally.
4. Be familiar with the protection code of Mitsubishi inverter in case of operation failure, observe the factory value of thermal protection relay, observe the setting value of overload protection, and modify it if necessary. Users of Mitsubishi inverter can set the function of electronic thermal relay of Mitsubishi inverter according to the instruction manual of Mitsubishi inverter. When the output current of Mitsubishi inverter exceeds its allowable current, the overcurrent protection of Mitsubishi inverter will cut off the output of inverter. Therefore, the electronic thermal relay threshold of Mitsubishi inverter is the largest.
