Hydraulic jet staged fracturing technology

Hydraulic jet technology can be used for staged acid fracturing or sand fracturing of horizontal wells, limestone, sandstone and other different lithology with open hole, screen or casing completion, and the construction is safe and fast. It is the general trend to vigorously develop horizontal well hydraulic jet staged fracturing technology, especially in combination with large diameter coiled tubing (73 mm).

A new type of low-damage staged fracturing technology for chemical temporary plugging rubber plug

Under the previous technical conditions, the method of liquid rubber plug+sand filling isolation was adopted. The concentration of liquid rubber plug is high, which destroys the sealing layer. After construction, rubber plug and sand have to be washed or drilled, resulting in the damage of upper and lower oil layers. The new damage chemical rubber plug should use low-concentration gelling agent, which has high strength after gelation, no need to fill sand to plug the compressed interval, controllable gel formation and gel breaking time, complete gel breaking after fracturing, no need to wash sand or drill plug after construction, and direct drainage production, with little damage to the formation.

Double packer and single card staged fracturing technology

Double packer and single card staged fracturing technology is suitable for staged reconstruction of cased wells, and multiple layers can be drilled at one time. Lifting the pipe string can complete fracturing of each layer in one trip, which is targeted and time-saving, but it is necessary to overcome the problem of releasing the packer after sand sticking.

Multi-stage packer staged fracturing technology

Based on the success of staged fracturing with double packers, staged fracturing technology with multi-stage packer fixed string is developed, which is similar to sliding sleeve circulation device. Each layer of seal is separated by a hydraulic set recoverable packer. Each sleeve is equipped with a threaded ball seat, the smallest ball seat is installed on the lowermost sleeve, and the largest ball seat is installed on the uppermost sleeve. Send low-density balls of different sizes into the tubing, and then pump the balls into the ball seats matched with the corresponding tools. Plug the pay zone to be stimulated, and then open the casing to treat the next pay zone. At most 10 pay zones can be treated with fixed string partial pressure.
