In the process of thesis writing, the author will refer to the relevant specifications and use software such as Word to meet the specified typesetting requirements. Therefore, combining the experience of writing, guiding, reviewing and evaluating papers, the author tries to combine paper writing with software use, and expounds the use of Word and its collaborative software around the whole process of paper preparation, writing and defense.

This book is divided into 9 chapters: Chapter 1 is the introduction (about1.5%); The second and third chapters are the knowledge and writing norms of the paper (about11.6%); Chapters 4 ~ 7 are Word software (about 68.9%); The eighth and ninth chapters are respectively the paper illustration and drawing software (about 10.5%), paper defense and PowerPoint special topic (about 7.5%).
