The main responsibilities of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions

The trade union in China is a mass organization of the working class led by the Production Party of China, a bridge and link between the Party and workers, an important social pillar of the state power, and a representative of the interests of its members and workers. All-China Federation of Trade Unions is the leading organ of local Federation of Trade Unions and national industrial trade unions. The All-China Federation of Trade Unions is led by the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee. The main duties of its organs are:

(a) according to the party's basic theory, basic line, basic program and labor movement policy, around the overall situation of the work of the party and the state, implement the principles, tasks and resolutions determined by the National Congress of China's trade unions and the executive committee meeting. ?

(two) to organize and guide trade unions at all levels to unswervingly implement the party's fundamental policy of relying on the working class wholeheartedly, and to further highlight and perform their maintenance functions in accordance with the law and the articles of association of the China Trade Union. ?
