I. Subjective obstacles
(1) The differences in personality, temperament, attitude, emotion and viewpoint make the information restricted by individual subjective and psychological factors in the process of communication.
(2) The meaning of sending information is unknown. If the sender doesn't really understand the content of the information he wants to send and doesn't know what he wants to explain to the other party, then the first step of the communication process will be hindered and the whole communication process will become difficult.
(3) The knowledge level of both sides is not equal. If the gap between the two sides in experience level and knowledge structure is too big for the other side to understand, or cause different views on the problem, communication obstacles will occur.
(4) When conveying the same information at different levels, it is often influenced by personal memory and thinking ability, thus reducing the efficiency of information communication.
(5) Different attitudes towards information make some employees and supervisors ignore information that is not important to them, but only pay attention to and care about information related to their material interests.
(6) There is no trust between supervisors and subordinates. Mutual distrust will affect the smooth communication.
(7) differences in status and identity. If there is a big difference between status and identity, it will affect the effect of sending and receiving. People with high status, considering their own dignity, send messages concisely without too much explanation, which makes the recipients with low status nervous, afraid to ask more questions or state their unknown information, unable to really understand the sender's true meaning, and causes communication obstacles.
(8) Improper choice of media. If words are used as the medium, it is often difficult to make clear the information with extremely complicated content, and it is also difficult for the receiver to understand it. For information with extremely simple content, it will waste time and material resources if you choose text charts as the medium.
(9) obstacles caused by psychological factors. Due to individual personality differences, there are individual differences in attitudes, concepts, thoughts, methods of dealing with problems, emotions and so on. This abnormal individual difference leads to the inconsistency of views and attitudes between the two sides of communication, which often causes serious communication obstacles. In addition, if the receiver is distrustful and hostile to the sender of the information, or the receiving effect is affected by nervousness and fear, or the content conveyed by the other party is distorted, it will cause serious communication obstacles.
Two. Objective obstacle
(1) If the sender and receiver of information are too far apart in space and have different social and cultural backgrounds, different races will also affect information exchange.
(2) The organization is too large and there are too many intermediate levels, so the information is easily distorted and time is wasted, which is due to the obstacles caused by the organization.
(3) The media tool is invalid. For example, when choosing a speech medium, the sender's speech is unclear, or the language is unreasonable, or the language is vague, and the phone is noisy and can't be heard clearly; When choosing written media, the words are not fluent or the characters are different, which leads to misunderstanding, blurred fonts and unreadable, which will affect the effective transmission of information and bring difficulties to communication.
(4) the limitation of spatial distance. Because of the long distance in space, the choice of media and communication tools is limited. Long-distance love, usually by means of communication, is not only time-consuming, but also often unclear, and even almost misses the opportunity. If you use telephone communication, you will often be limited by communication equipment. Some things are unclear and need to be expressed by words and graphics.
(5) The information transmission process is too long. The process of information transmission is too long, which will not only affect the speed and effect of communication, but also because there are too many people passing it, each layer of information transmission personnel may add their own understanding and supplementary opinions. In this way, the transmission of ideas or information may be out of shape, affecting the communication effect.
(6) The content is too miscellaneous and the quantity is too large. Information recipients have a certain acceptance limit for the complexity of information, and beyond the limit, it will be difficult to accept. In addition, the amount of information is too large for the receiver to fully accept, which will also affect the communication effect.
