I think the technical route is best in the form of flow chart. The flow chart can concretize and visualize the research ideas, and the purpose of the experiment is clear at a glance. You can divide the flow chart into three parts: asking questions (research background), analyzing problems (research progress and methods), and solving problems (development strategies and solutions). Then fill in the flow chart with the techniques and means you need in the experiment, risk response, capital budget and so on.
